A varietal from Spain that has only been grown in California since 1990. This wonderfully bold, green, early harvest single varietal oil is pressed in October of each year, and makes a great dipping oil or finishing oil for hearty dishes. Also, excellent drizzled over hummus with a sprinkle of zatar.
