NEW CHOCOLATE BAR... Using cacao from Ocumare de la Costa in coastal Venezuela Mast Brothers Chocolate announced the release of a new single origin chocolate bar. At 75% this chocolate embodies elegance with subtleties of licorice, tobacco, raisins and light tannins. Ocumare is just a short drive east of their grand cru farms in Patanemo. Like all of their chocolate, the ingredients used are just beans and sugar! No additional cocoa butter, vanilla or soy lecithin.
All of these delicious chocolate bars are flying off the shelves here at Provisions! Not only are they wonderfully tasty, but the gorgeous packaging made them perfect for gift giving. Their factory is a stone's throw from the Brooklyn Channel (formally known as the East River) in the Village of Williamsburg. They are New York City's only bean to bar chocolate maker and one of only a handful of Artisan Chocolate makers in the United States.
