This grand cru chocolate is made with the rare, and beautifully complex cacao.   
notes: cinnamon, nuts, spice, german chocolate cake.

Dark Chocolate with Roasted Hazelnuts from Freddy Guys Farm!


Filberts, direct from Barb and Fritz at the Freddy Guys family farm in the Willamette Valley, Oregon.  
They are roasted in house, roughly chop them and then put in chocolate, 75% cacao

    I love to make home made chocolate cheesecake and share it with my girlfriend… until she tries to eat it all. I bet this chocolate would be great for my cheesecake!
