local veggies

Ever come across one of those people who think about food a lot more than they should? I know you know the kind: they have many different kinds of olive oils in their kitchen cupboards, need to wait for their red wine to breathe before drinking it, and get perturbed when their macaroni isn’t aldente enough. While in the midst of eating lunch, this person is already having a conversation about what they should have for dinner… ever meet that kind of person?
